NOTHREADS option code doesn't simulate

On compiling the code to understand why Rawr is not giving the same results as EnhSim I noted that if I set the NOTHREADS pre-processor option then run the sim EnhSim finishes almost immediately having only done a couple of weapon swings and adding no dps.
I thought this was just my compiling going wrong however once I finally got ZThreads working (it really hates gcc 4 and needed a patch) I found that running EnhSim with ZThreads works just fine. I thought I better report it as obviously this means the Sim won't work on a Mac.
