unterminated string constant

I have a repeated error "unterminated string constant" (Line444, char 30855) as I startup the program, .

I am running Windows Vista, but have tried changing compatability modes, to Win Xp and 2000.

I have also downloaded every previous version of the program an am still having the problem.

Any suggestions?

Similar issue as well.

Have also tried changing to IE7 and Firefox (with minimal security settings) as well as disabling my antirvirus as someone mentioned it is an error is accessing an online database, but no success.
