UI Form Tab Selection Skips Entry

When entering data in the UI, and using tab to change fields, the UI skips several fields.

To reproduce
- Select the spell hit field and hit tab, the focus skips to max mana (skipping spell haste).
Fields that are also out of order
- mh weapon
- oh weapon
- set bonus 2
- set bonus 3
- unrelenting storm
- guardian elixir
- most of the Rotation and Misc section
From my point of view this is a low priority bug.
