Add Fire Nova Totem / Fire Elemental

Hi,

Just wondering if Fire Nova and Fire Elemental could be added to the rotation list. Primarily I am interested in seeing if keeping Fire Nova + Magma up is more dps than just Magma. Also would be nice to see if Fire Elemental is worth it after getting buffed.
